As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for all administrative functions throughout our office. You will work directly with clients, their families, nursing and direct care staff, and our administrative team to ensure that all services are delivered. This position will be our front facing individual to those coming into our office so high customer service skills are required. This position is responsible for ensuring our office is well organized, welcoming, and functioning at its highest.
You will also be a back up to provide direct care services to our clients. Previous CNA is preferred as you will be providing showers, assisting with transfers, etc.
