POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides quality service to patients and providers in the clinic via accurate, complete, and optimal medical record documentation. The position responsibilities are both medical and administrative. Primarily, the scribes will serve as a personal assistant to a health care provider, and member of the health care team. Scribes will mainly be responsible for completing the patients’ medical records as dictated by the health care provider and guided by principles of EMR meaningful use, and Wright Center operational policies and procedures. All documentation is to be approved by and completed under the direction of the provider. You will also be required to work one weekend day per month, and 1-2 holidays a year. Hours are subject to change to serve the operational needs of our patients.
