As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist with administrative tasks. Duties:
- Accompany healthcare providers during patient visits and accurately transcribe medical documentation in real-time
- Record patient history, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans
- Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing paperwork
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling sensitive patient information

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficient typing skills to efficiently transcribe medical information
- Knowledge of various medical specialties such as ER, ophthalmology, or other medical office settings is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals
