Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will assist the physician; performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient’s visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, symptoms, physical exams, and treatment plans
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical/therapy procedures and examinations
- Maintain organized and detailed medical records
- Transcribe physician orders and prescriptions
- Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional patient service and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in medication administration and X-ray procedures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
