Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain patient medical records in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information
- Compile and prepare medical records for audits or legal proceedings
- Assist with data entry and record updates in electronic health record system- Respond to requests for medical records from authorized individuals or organizations
