Medical Records Research Coordinator jobs in Philadelphia, PA

Who we are: Very busy Rheumatology Practice with 5 locations in Willow Grove, Jenkintown, Huntingdon Valley, Langhorne, and Doylestown.

We are seeking one Medical Records Coordinator to be stationed at one primary office with the flexibility to travel to other office locations as needed.

This position is for a full time (40 hour work week) employee; the shift is 8:30am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.

1 year of relevant Medical Records experience required.

1 year of relevant Chart prep experience encouraged but not required.

Job Responsibilities include:

-Scanning documents using EMR system

-Handle 200 incoming faxes daily

-Answering incoming calls on multi-line phone system

-Contacting patients and facilities for records

-Handle schedule prep for multiple providers
