Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating staffing needs, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Duties:

- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract quality candidates
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and clients
- Manage relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Negotiate contracts with clients and candidates
- Utilize ADP, Lever, UltiPro, or similar platforms for recruitment purposes
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential hires
- Collaborate with sales teams to align staffing strategies with business goals

Skills:

- Strong background in human resources and recruiting
- Proficiency in cold calling and relationship management
- Experience with ADP, Lever, UltiPro, or similar HR software
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
- Sales skills to promote staffing services
