Responsibilities:
-Primary task will be obtaining relevant medical records from various healthcare providers on personal
injury matters
-Obtaining balances from medical providers
-Communicate with medical providers to follow up on requests
-Communicate with health insurance carriers to obtain and provide relevant information on behalf of our clients
-Ensure timely retrieval of medical records and bills to meet case deadlines
-Review medical records and bills meticulously for accuracy, identifying any missing providers or dates of service
-Scan and properly organize medical records for attorneys and case managers
Requirements:
-Types 50 words per minute
-Knowledge of general office practices
-Reliable and punctual
-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, in person, on phone, via email and text
-Proficient computer skills including experience in Microsoft
-Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in record keeping
-Positive attitude
