Medical Records Clerk - Home Care organizes, files, and retrieves patient medical records for a home care office. Files various medical documentation, including patient notes, radiology reports, and lab results. Being a Medical Records Clerk - Home Care performs related clerical duties. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or obtained GED; college coursework or significant medical records training preferred
- One year experience in medical records preferred
- Assure patient confidentiality and adherence to release of information and other related clinic policies
** Note this position is 95 percent remote with a requirement to attend in person monthly meetings**
