Job Description:

· · Provides excellent customer service and general support to our facility

• Conducts and assists with general office work.

• Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Must have excellent communication skills and pay close attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write and follow written and oral directions in English

• Ability to discern and then maintain confidential information

• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team

• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward the staff, residents, and their support networks
