Job Summary:
The Medical Records Clerk position provides administrative support to the clinical staff. This position will perform assigned duties in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor while working on the floor.
Duties include:
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and charts for each patient and resident. File new medical orders, medical records, and other pertinent information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the medical chart. Works with other departments such as Social Services, Dietary Services, etc. to ensure the best care is given to Bethany’s patients and residents
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour DOE
