The Medical Policy Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of technicians on complex projects, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
- Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
- Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Train and mentor junior technicians
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
