    This is a highly visible role that ensures that the IT environment is meeting the needs of the business and specifically our end users. The primary responsibility is to provide proactive IT helpdesk services including remote support for end users. There are also some administrative responsibilities to maintain user accounts, set up new devices, manage the conference room equipment, and monitor overall security. For the right person, there is no limit on responsibilities. You can learn and apply as much as you desire.

    Overall Responsibilities
    Initially, you will shadow experienced team members to gain a deep understanding of our business and systems
    Co-manage daily operations of the IT help desk including prioritizing requests, identifying issues, and solving problems
    Interact with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, mobile devices, monitors, AV, phones, and network equipment
    Setup of new end user laptops and office equipment
    Prep the AV equipment in our conference rooms prior to meetings and events
    Perform administrative tasks such as user account changes, security monitoring, patch management, etc.
    Collaborate with the IT Team on employee changes, current projects, and key support requests.
    Create training content and train end users
    Assist with special projects as needed
    Technology Platform
    Microsoft Azure/Office 365 environment including Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager, and Office 365 Pro
    Microsoft Endpoint Manager for mobile device management (MDM)
    TeamViewer for remote desktop support
    Cisco/Meraki for network equipment
    Several on-premises legacy servers running Windows Server and an Active Directory domain
    Company-owned laptops with Microsoft Windows 10/11 Enterprise
