Reporting to the ACNO, the Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Services will oversee a 45-bed unit that cares for adult patients. This unit provides care for a variety of patients including but not limited to orthopedics, bariatrics, vascular, neurology, sepsis, respiratory disease, gastrointestinal disease, skin and wound conditions, and infections. The Nurse Manager will lead a team of 35 FTEs, manages the delivery of patient care, oversees staff recruitment and training, manages department supplies, emphasizes quality patient care and adheres to regulatory standards, and oversees department fiscal budgets.
