Being a Medical Management Director develops and implements clinical guidelines for care designed to improve outcomes while managing costs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Medical Management Director typically reports to top management. The Medical Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking a Pain Management Medical Director to join an established and collegial team in Vancouver, Washington. Our staff is dedicated to determining the cause of pain or limitations and then developing the best plan of management. Working together with other physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists, we help our patients return to their highest levels of independent functioning.


    Highlights about the practice:

    • Join an established practice of one physician and two nurse practitioners
    • Provider preference MA
    • Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Outpatient practice seeing ~15-20 patients daily to include minimal call
    • PT, OT, ST, Ultrasound, Labs, and Radiology located at Southwest Medical Center a Level II Trauma Rehabilitation Designation & Comprehensive Rehabilitation Continuum
