Additionally, Medical Librarian (MLS) maintains current knowledge of medical developments and scientific literature. Requires a master's degree in library science. Typically reports to a manager. The Outer Banks Hospital is a full-service critical access hospital offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. Position Summary
The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLT) performs clinical laboratory tests by standard operating policies and procedures. Understands method principles, performs quality control & calibrations, performs preventive maintenance, and analyzes results as to accuracy, acceptability and critical limits.
