We are seeking a Science Librarian to join our team of innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking Research Librarian professionals in our Libraries and Digital Learning department. The Science Librarian will actively engage and collaborate with students, faculty, and staff on learning and scholarship projects across all disciplines, but especially those in STEM. They will work closely and frequently with the Trinity community in individual appointments and in classrooms to discover, analyze, and synthesize information.

The Science Librarian will also provide leadership and guidance for OER (Open Education Resource) projects at Trinity. OER is a central component of the Library’s commitment to promoting equitable Open Knowledge frameworks. This important work will require collaboration with faculty, staff, and students to build new content, and instruction on using existing resources.

Our Research & Instruction team is working together to build an information literacy curriculum that incorporates AI, remote learning, and more. The Science Librarian will be a vital member of this effort, as well as an integral member of the campus community.
