Medical Librarian Assistant assists the librarian and users with the operations of a medical library. Helps with computer searches, inter-library loans, cataloging, circulation, general reference and questions about library services. Being a Medical Librarian Assistant organizes and shelves materials and prepares new materials for circulation. May perform data entry to update library systems. Additionally, Medical Librarian Assistant may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Librarian Assistant works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Average daily work flow is 20 patients per day for each position, Adults only.

Hours are 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, No Weekends, 6 Paid Holidays, Lunch provided almost Daily. Health/Dental/Vision Insurance for yourself, 401K with matching after first year. PTO available after first 90 days. Possible cross training to the Front desk in the future.
