Overview

We are seeking a Montana Licensed Esthetician to join our team. Solace Spa at Big Sky Resort offers exceptional service to our destination resort guests. Nothing beats coming off a long day on the mountain to be pampered by caring hands! The Esthetician will be experienced in technical requirements along with the understanding of the guests needs. Candidates will be expected to maintain a professional manner, be punctual, be a skincare specialist, and be able to work as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Provide consistent professional massage in accordance with spa protocols
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the law and the spa’s policies and procedures. 
• Conducts consultation with guest to obtain information about their preferences
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Takes responsibility for the care and satisfaction of the guest during their treatment
• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Able to utilize great body mechanics in order to provide massage that is both beneficial to the guests while being healthy for the massage therapist

Qualifications

• Montana Esthetician License
• Self-motivated team player
• Friendly and dependable
