Join our team as a Medical Director and play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a high-quality, efficient, and effective medical team. You'll foster an environment of trust, teamwork, and accountability. In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000 (DOE) plus production bonuses, we're offering a generous sign-on bonus with relocation assistance!

As a Medical Director, you will work closely with DVMs to optimize revenue through behavior analysis and provide regular feedback on production performance, offering coaching for improvement. You'll ensure DVM schedules align with the hospital's needs and step in to assist with staffing when necessary. Collaborating with All Creatures Veterinary Hospital, you'll address DVM contract and compensation matters, providing stability and leadership within the hospital.

Additionally, you will be involved in resolving client issues, evaluating new product information, and monitoring and refining protocols for hospital operations from intake to discharge. You'll oversee cases and attend daily rounds to uphold the highest standards of care. You will also review and manage controllable costs with the Hospital Manager, participate in assistant/technician reviews, and ensure availability for questions related to hospital operations.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Veterinarian degree (DVM) from an accredited college or university. Maintaining a current State Veterinary License and DEA registration is a must, and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and staff training in veterinary care is highly valued.
