The Medical Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Medical Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. The selected candidate will implement evidence-based practice interventions to promote patient recovery and overall well-being and educate patients and their families on the benefits and goals of occupational therapy. The selected candidate will also supervise and direct the work of other healthcare professionals.

    The Medical Director is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapists, and staff.

    Requirements include:
