Job Summary
Balance, LLC, America’s Services Company for Contractors, is looking for an inside sales Account Manager - Sales Farmer to work from our Indianapolis, IN Corporate headquarters. This is a full time W2 employee position with compensation that includes competitive base salary plus aggressive incentive and commission plan. You will be joining our well established sales department and back filling a long time staff member that is moving to a different role. Thus, you are inheriting an annual book of business of ~$1.5 Million and working alongside other Account Management peers that manage similar books of existing business. Our sales team is split into a Hunter (new business acquisition representatives) and Farmer role (this job). There is also a Director for each role. This role has no prospecting or cold calling only managing existing clients that include major accounts, newer accounts coming out of implementation and all things in between. Our clients are construction restoration contractors of all types across all 50 states and they are our top priority. They specialize in roofing and exterior reconstruction, water and fire damage reconstruction and mitigation. This is a metrics and quota bearing role and expectations are high. There is a significant amount of sales, customer service and partnership related phone work (35-40 calls per day) and responsibility to manage all activity within our CRM and other critical business systems. The hours are 8am - 6pm M-F at the corporate offices. Dress is business casual.
