Job Overview:
Full time Billing Clerk, position with competitive pay and benefit package. you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing billing information

Duties:
Applicant must possess basic office skills, be efficient in Windows, Excel, Word and knowledge of the Accufund accounting system is a plus, but not required. You must have the ability to multitask, and communicate with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and billing information
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies or issues
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Requirements:
- Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of debits, credits, and financial concepts
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, be able to collect payments and process deposits.
