Automotive Billing Clerk - Essential Duties

• Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manages accounts payable/receivable for internal and external dealership operations
• Issues credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise.
• Execute all duties in compliance with franchise best practices
• Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger and computer files.
• Accesses computer files and compiles reports as requested.
• Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.

Automotive Billing Clerk - Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

- Previous accounting experience required

- Previous dealership experience highly preferred

- Above average proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn multiple CRM processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
