Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. Duties:
- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, such as X-rays or laboratory tests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate documentation and reimbursement
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
- Basic life support certification required
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in vital signs measurement techniques
- Experience with medication administration and dosage calculations
- Familiarity with coding and billing procedures
- Ability to perform basic X-ray procedures (if applicable to the role)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
