SUMMARY
A Creative Specialist (CS) is responsible for the in-field production of our Real Estate Marketing content. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: photography, videography, Zillow 3D tour, aerial drone operation, client relations, and file management. A Creative Specialist at Seven Roads utilizes their artistic and technical abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards, standard operating procedures, and core values of the company. They are expected to have strong communication skills, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management. We are a team of highly driven and collaborative creatives that are pushing the boundaries of the Real Estate Marketing industry. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete photo, video, drone, and 3D and other services on-site for clients.
• Upload footage and communicate any and applicable field notes to respective team members.
• Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services.
• Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner while being highly punctual and accountable.
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment.
• Uphold calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes.
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments.
• Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually.
• Offer solutions consultations to our clients for in-field upgrades.
• Have a detailed understanding of our products and solutions in order to best serve our clients.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills.
• Freelance or contract experience in the creative industry is highly preferred.
• Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred.
• Canon equipment preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
• Formal training or education in the creative field is a plus.

GEAR REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered, at a minimum, you must own a newer DSLR/mirrorless camera, wide angle lens, and tripod, and must be comfortable using your gear in a professional setting.

WORK HOURS
This is a part-time hourly, non-exempt position. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Please note, this is a seasonal opportunity, meaning, there will be more hours available in the spring and summer months (March - September), and less hours available in the fall and winter months (October - February).

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
• Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the assigned work.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
