Approves media mix and frequency as appropriate to client budget and objectives. Being a Media Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Media Supervisor relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Job Description
At the PlowShare Group, the role of media will be to go beyond the standard practice of measuring and achieving campaign and client goals. We develop and deliver a functional and transparent media organization dedicated to that same mission of service, engaging audiences within environments and entities that have common values and missions so that we can foster trust, action, and behavior change for our clients.
The Media Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of media related tasks internal to PlowShare, in coordination with partner agencies and subcontractors, as well as select clients. This person should have foundational knowledge of the digital media landscape and experience in working on media advertising campaigns from a planning, strategy, and client service perspective, primarily across video (TV, OTT/CTV, Programmatic video/display, digital site direct, social media, and search). This includes an in-depth knowledge of the digital video landscape, with a keen focus on YouTube, OTT/CTV properties, as well as a general curiosity to stay on top of marketplace trends and emerging media that can be considered for clients. We are looking for someone who can take on multiple media projects across PlowShare clients and operate against firm deadlines while maintaining a strong sense of quality control and attention to detail. This person won’t mind getting their hands dirty knowing that the work and process come before the results and being part of the grind is what will build trust with our clients.
Reporting to the SVP, Director of Media, the Media Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight, management, and development of media campaigns across a diverse range of PlowShare clients.
