Job Summary
Versatile and dedicated Employee Relations leader that will provide essential support in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related matters. Will help to set and use consistent Employee Relations practices and leverage the employee relations platform as the initial intake and system of record for all incoming employee reports and continuously analyze the data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Support colleagues on the Navex Platform as the primary intake, follow up and system of record for employee inquiries, complaints, and HR-related issues.
· Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees seeking assistance on various HR matters.
· Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate empathy and sensitivity while addressing employee concerns.
· Accurately document and categorize employee reports in the system of record, ensuring all essential information is recorded.
· Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth workflow and appropriate escalation of critical issues.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards when handling sensitive employee information.
· Analyze trends in employee inquiries and concerns using the data collected through the platform.
· Identify patterns and recurring issues to help HR leadership make data-driven decisions for process improvements, enhance leader training and/or policies and employee support initiatives.
· Partner with People analytics to prepare regular analytical reports for HR leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Senior Level: Requires 3-5 years’ experience and associate’s degree in related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
