Job Description: Oversee the day-to-day execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media plans across multiple platforms in line with client objectives. Maintain current knowledge and expert understanding of DSP platforms, leveraging this expertise to support and educate both clients and internal teams. Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams Embrace new opportunities to learn more about and test new automated buying approaches, platforms, technologies, and creatives Guide tracking tag setup and management alongside Data, Analytics & Insights, and Tracking teams. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to share programmatic insights that can be leveraged across paid search, paid social and SEO efforts Connect with both internal and client creative teams to provide performance insights and recommendations on campaign assets Share programmatic knowledge with and provide mentorship to Managers & Specialists to foster their growth Negotiate and implement direct and private marketplace deals with select media partners Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights Qualifications: 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Flexible, self-starting attitude; able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other analytics tools. Detail-oriented with the technical acumen needed for ad operations and platform navigation. Excellent communication skills for effective internal collaboration and client engagement. Robust organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and prioritizing tasks. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactiveness in resolving campaign issues. Commitment to ongoing learning and staying at the forefront of programmatic advertising trends. Proficiency in DSPs such as Yahoo DSP, The Trade Desk, and familiarity with technologies like Liveramp. Knowledge of ad verification tools, attribution models, and tagging systems. Passionate about training and growing the skillsets of junior team members Conduct ongoing analysis of programmatic trends while staying up to date on recent platform updates and how to apply them to clients' campaigns Experience with executing emerging programmatic channels such as DOOH and OTT
