Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Experience in relationship management and public relations
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics
