The Opportunity
We are seeking a celebrity personal assistant with exceptional skills in social media, project management, travel planning, team communication, marketing and sales projects, and content creation, including video filming and editing. Your superpowers are: you know how to work with a high-level CEO, media personalities, executives, and their teams, and you know how to document their journey (via video/socials) as well as plan and coordinate their calendar, travel, projects, appearances, meetings. You'll work in-person and on the road with our renowned CEO, Brendon Burchard. Please do not apply if you've never been a personal assistant, executive assistant, or if you do not know how to use a video camera or create social media content at high levels. You need to have 3 years previous experience that demonstrates exceptional communication, creative, and organizational skills. You must understand the modern social media landscape in addition to your personal assistant experience. This role is based in Northern California.
