    We are currently looking for a Program Director in our Memory Care department to join our team.

    Position Requirements

    • Communicating with residents, families and all health care professionals regarding a residents care needs.
    • The Compass Rose Program Director is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely assessments of all residents and prospective residents.
    • Responsible for ensuring there is adequate team member coverage to provide quality care for all residents.
    • Responsible to ensuring that all state and health and safety regulations are followed.
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Able to communicate written and orally in English.
    • Have current first aid certificate.
    • Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
    • Available for on-call duties.
    • Memory Care experience required, 1 year minimum.
    • LVN/LPN preferred.
    • Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
    • Management and supervising experience (minimum of 1 year), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.
    • Able to actively foster and cultivate a team and community culture that is consistent with the Westmont Living Service Standards.
    • Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
    • Able to demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
