  • Reporting to the VP of HR/Corporate Services, the Director of OM plans and owns the development of strategy and related implementation of high-impact projects. The role will be responsible for implementing projects for the VP of HR/Corporate Services that drive direct financial impact to ultimately build and manage a full shared services team. Additionally, the position is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing processes and procedures across the organization for new contract kickoffs and project implementations to ensure organizational standardization.



    • Coordinate and participate in the implementation of special projects, inclusive of organizational computer software support systems, change management needs, and operational projects
    • Develop, implement, and manage standardized project kickoff processes and procedures across the PCI Federal Services LLC’s
    • Responsible for the cycle of the project kickoff including but not limited to pre-scheduling of the meeting; preparation of information to present in the meetings, conduct meetings and follow up with meeting members
    • Set up and track budget and reporting parameters for special projects, newly awarded contracts, and the needs of shared services
    • Serve as a liaison with executives, departments heads, and external partners to ensure organizational goals are met
    • Develop and support internal and external special projects from inception to execution, leveraging a highly data-driven, analytical approach
    • Develop a project kickoff agenda inclusive of (and not limited to): Project Goal and Background; Project Scope; Project Organization; Timelines; Roles and Responsibilities; Contract Deliverables; Teamwork and Organizational Topics, and Next Steps/Activities on the Project Timeline
    • Work with each new contract and project team to establish a communication plan
    • Review and understand contract requirements including performance expectations and audit requirements and ensure each new kickoff team understands these requirements
    • Provide oversight and guidance on projects of high importance; developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track progress against these KPIs
    • Draft schedules for the implementation of long-range plans and proposals
    • Monitor project progress, draft and distribute periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders
    • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and best practices
    • Will be required to travel up to 40% of the time

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Government, Political Science, or a related field
    • Must have 10 years of organizational management experience including Shipley training and at a minimum completed the Intro to CMMI for services
    • Ability to read and understand the contact documents to include required flow-down clauses, funding CLINS and budgets, subcontract needs as well as agency-specific requirements
    • Possession of a financial background and experience, inclusive of FAR and DFAR, and the ability to interpret contract terms
    • Familiarity with Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles
    • Excellent communication, writing, and presentations skills
    • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
    • Must possess a valid state driver’s license
    • This is a remote position; must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time to other site locations for contract kick-off meetings, conferences, training, and organizational management purposes
    • May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements

Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position may require an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
