Media Program Director directs and coordinates activities of broadcast and programming personnel.     What You Will Do: 

    The Edinburg Center is seeking a Program Director to oversee it's new DDS/DMH ASD Community Wrap Around Services Program.  This position will involve participation in leadership meetings, supervising staff, including -  hiring, team-building, and promoting the growth and development of clinical skills across the team.  The Program Director will be the primary liaison with DDS and DMH and will be the referral coordinator and first contact with families and person served; and will share clinical on-call responsibilities with other managers. 

      

    What You Will Bring:

    • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis; and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
    • Massachusetts’ independent clinical licensure of Applied Behavior Analysis, preferred. 
    • 5 years of experience working with youth or young adults with ASD and serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances; along with at least 2 years of management experience. 
    • Knowledge of Children’s Mental Health Services including providing Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services, or similar, as well as DMH Services and/or knowledge of adult DDS/DMH services in the state of Massachusetts. 
    • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, writing and supervisory skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule and be willing to share on call responsibilities, required.  
    • Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience and knowledge of EBP models, preferred. 
    • Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation, required.
