The position of Associate Media Director – Meta contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of media plans. This position requires you to be a strategic thinker with proven success in developing creative solutions. This position requires you to work as part of an integrated team and is responsible for the training and supervision of Media Supervisor(s). Associate Media Directors require attention to detail, has strong analytical and organizational skills and is able to provide smart solutions and guidance to a team of individuals. An Associate Media Director – Meta must have the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, be deadline-driven and have strong negotiation and leadership skills. A thorough, hands-on knowledge of Meta and its DPA product is required and experience with large catalogs a strong plus. Experience in programmatic media, YouTube and other Social platforms is a plus. This position ensures department resources and staff is managed efficiently and should provide an environment that fosters the development and ongoing learning of their team.
Communicates effectively with all levels of employees as the position conveys directives from Senior Management as well as requests from subordinates to Senior Management. Sets an example for the department and contributes towards the overall betterment of the company by following the guidelines set forth by Ocean Media. Prepares written reviews of Media Supervisor(s). Acts with a level of maturity and professionalism in their dealings and interactions with management, other employees and network reps and managers.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
Minimum (7) years of experience in Media
Must have experience in interacting daily and optimizing Meta DPA campaigns, as well as a high comfort level interacting with, and presenting to, clients.
Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices with the ability to apply this knowledge in common business situations.
Must have experience with Meta and DPA management with extensive experience strategizing, optimizing, testing and management of catalogs.
Compensation Range: $100-$125k/year. This is the pay range Ocean Media reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Ocean Media reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
