• Collaborate with creative teams, sales, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Oversee studio sessions, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines.
• Manage a team of production professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

• Develop creative and effective scripts for radio advertisements, promotions, and other on-air content.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand client needs and tailor messages accordingly.
• Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone.
• Edit and revise scripts as needed, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies.
