Aerometals is looking to add the following position:

Production Manager

Pay range: $110,000 - $140,000 Salary

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

• Communicate with HR and department leads to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Complete performance reviews: including but not limited to disciplinary actions,
• and/or dismissal.
• Oversee shop supplies and equipment.
• Perform on the job training of personnel as required.
• Delegate tasks throughout the shop.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to lead improvements.
• Monitor production metrics to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide reporting of production cost, delivery, and key manufacturing metrics.
• Establish and implement best practices, processes, and procedures for the production
• team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and
• increase overall production effectiveness.
• Perform any other duties as required by the organization.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: bachelor’s degree in management or 5 years of manufacturing management
experience

Skills:

• Familiarity with machining and manufacturing practices.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to deal with human resource related issues.

Experience: 5 years in manufacturing management

Training: On the job training.

Aerometals Inc. of El Dorado Hills, California is a 40-year veteran of commercial and military
aerospace manufacturing. We offer a full range of production services including CNC
machining and turning, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, autoclave, and precision
assembly. Aerometals has significant experience manufacturing critical application,
militarized components to OEM engineering data for use on many fixed wing aircraft and
helicopters. Customers include the US Military, Boeing, Lockheed, Sikorsky, etc.
