Ensures pre-production processes, including ideation, concept creation, casting, script writing, budgeting, specifications, and scheduling are completed. Being a Media Production Manager engages and organizes the technical and logistical resources required for each production. Job Description
This position is “Mission Critical” to the organization. This person will have oversight of all production involving Hot Plant Production, Crushing and Screening Production. This person will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing all Hot Plant and Crusher personnel. In addition, this person will have to maintain strategic and intimate communication with the Sales Manager, the Operations Manager and the Maintenance Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Hiring, training and managing the Hot Plant and Crusher personnel
- Direct and intimate communication with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager so that all staffing and financial issues are considered and addressed.
- Direct and intimate communication with the CEO so that all daily direction can be achieved regarding all issues with your own or other areas.
- Oversight of the HR Admin to maintain complete records for all BRS peoduction and staffing issues.
- Oversight of the Asphalt Production Manager to control and direct asphalt production, Silo Management and Quality Control functions daily.
- Oversight of the Crusher Supervisior to control and direct aggregate crushing production, inventory management, material handling protocols, and Quality Control functions daily.
- Able to manage weekly/monthly production goals and accountablity throughoput the production teams.
- This position will also require you to participate in weekly TRACTION or equivalent meetings for accountabilities and reporting on all KPI’s.
Requirments:
- Minimum 5 years experience in either crushing, screening, mining, or asphalt production.
- Storng Leadership skills.
- Pre-employement drug screen.
