ModMed is hiring a driven Media Production Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Knowledge Services team focused on overseeing the production of original concept multi-media content for branding, marketing and promoting ModMed® to internal and external customers. This is an exciting opportunity to manage audio/visual creation and services from scheduling projects to producing video content by providing a full range of desktop publishing, graphics, interactive multimedia and video products within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

• Conduct and supervise all aspects of the video creation process: pre-production, production, and post-production: Pre-production-work with writers to develop stories/scripts, and come up with visual themes/styles.
• Production: create engaging motion graphics, direct on-camera talent, cinematography, lighting, record/monitor audio, set dressing, props, wrangle and protect raw camera footage.
• Post-production-develop organized file structure/workflow, picture editing, sound editing/mixing, locate stock footage/images/music/sound effects, color correction, final export delivery, and maintain a database of project assets for archival use.
• Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and/or visual effects for course intros, and specialty projects.
• Create templates for specialty projects such as "Doctor Direct" or "ModMed Made Easy" videos, so they can efficiently be produced and duplicated.
• Collaborate with others to collectively devise creative solutions. Implement creative feedback.
• Supervise, train, and provide work direction to team members and part-time staff to ensure job requirements are met and to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks and projects. Oversee the media production process, team workload, and budget management of external resources. Prioritize assigned projects.
• Partner with design, web, and editorial managers to ensure the brand is represented consistently across all marketing mediums. Maintain professional relationships and acts as the liaison between marketing and KS.
• Build cooperation among individuals and departments, share information and resources, and work to achieve group goals and outcomes.
• Assist in coordinating any video production/Livestream needs for Client Services.
• Work independently from start to finish.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• High school diploma, required.
• 4 years of related experience preferred, minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management skills required.
• Fantastic editorial skills for video and scripts.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software; such as Camtasia, Captivate, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
• Adhere to company editorial style guidelines.
• Proven interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
