Production Manager

Manufacturing Facility in England Airpark is looking for a full time leader to both operate and monitor the operations of CNC production machinery. This individual will assist in instruction and training in an ISO9001 production manufacturing environment. Previous Management experience is a requirement. References required.

Safety consciousness and ability to follow written and verbal procedures is critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Punctuality and attendance
• Following procedures and protocols as documented
• Loading raw material into machine as required
• Building up CNC tooling as required
• Great communication skills - both written and verbal
• Recording daily activities and production issues
• Reading part prints, tooling drawings, and specifications
• Keeping a clean, organized work environment
• Promptly notifying management of problems
• Auditing operations to procedural norms

Requirements

• Ability to regularly/repeatedly lift 50 pounds
• Familiarity with common hand tools
• Advanced computer skills
• CNC Experience a plus
• Legally able to work in US
• Some travel may be required for machine training
• Professional or personal references for effort and attitude
• Ability to wear safety glasses, gloves, and COVID masks as required.

Experience in a ISO9001:2015 manufacturing environment is a plus.

Pay Frequency:

• Bi-Weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
