What it looks like to be a Social Media Marketer at Rinard Media:
You show up somewhere between 8:00 and 9:00am ready to be the pop-culture creative you are. You might grab a cup of coffee, take a picture of your perfectly manicured plant, and DM some friends for drinks later. Standup starts at 9:00 and you dive into collaborative review of the previous day’s work and any projects you are currently working on with your project manager and the rest of the content team. You’ll probably be made fun of but the pain will go away eventually as you learn to roast your fellow teammates. Every day is a bit different but is uniquely challenging. You are forced to hit deadlines and stay on budget while delivering excellent work. We love when a team member tries something new. Even when it’s an epic fail. This team is clever, creative, and very agile. They get pulled in a lot of directions and have to be able to change quickly.
