Reporting to the VP of HR/Corporate Services, the Director of OM plans and owns the development of strategy and related implementation of high-impact projects. The role will be responsible for implementing projects for the VP of HR/Corporate Services that drive direct financial impact to ultimately build and manage a full shared services team. Additionally, the position is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing processes and procedures across the organization for new contract kickoffs and project implementations to ensure organizational standardization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Government, Political Science, or a related field
• Must have 10 years of organizational management experience including Shipley training and at a minimum completed the Intro to CMMI for services
• Ability to read and understand the contact documents to include required flow-down clauses, funding CLINS and budgets, subcontract needs as well as agency-specific requirements
• Possession of a financial background and experience, inclusive of FAR and DFAR, and the ability to interpret contract terms
• Familiarity with Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentations skills
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license
• This is a remote position; must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time to other site locations for contract kick-off meetings, conferences, training, and organizational management purposes
• May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements

Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position may require an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
