Media Planner is responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Coordinates the development and execution of media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, tactics, message, and objectives. Being a Media Planner uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Negotiates media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Additionally, Media Planner collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to execute plans and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for campaigns. Conducts research on new media strategies, platforms, and channels to utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. The Media Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. com / en / about / careers / What will you be doing as our Order Planner?Taking responsibility for all aspects of order and logistics planning for our Sacramento facility and managing the sales order to work order process.
Manage the interface with Sales for the Sacramento facility, ensuring you build excellent working relationships through the communication of accurate, timely and actionable information.
Using internal and external systems, you will manage the entire logistics procurement process. This includes accurate freight quotation, liaison with our freight broker and ultimately raising purchase orders to procure freight.
This is a highly time sensitive process and forms a critical part of the our service offering to the customer.Arranging the correct mode of transportation to ensure the most cost effective, but appropriate solution is always selected.
Working closely with other functions in the business including customer service you will assist to resolve any concerns, issues, returns and warranty.
Tradeshows are important to us and you will be involved leading the inbound and outbound logistics solution working with our broker and our Marketing team to ensure a successful show.
Planning smooth delivery of inbound containers from Port to your facility. This will include ensuring cost effective customs release, container tracking and PO updates are always accurate and up to date.
Working with the local Production Facility to prioritize day to day planning of workshop projects and monitor changes to capacity.
Ensuring that Production is planned according to facility capacity and is aligned with Customer and Business need through the maintenance of a robust Production Plan.
Working closely with Supply Chain Team you will ensure that inventory levels and material replenishment plans match demand and that material availability is maximized.
As the interface between Sales, Operations and Product you’ll take the lead on planning decisions to meet business and customer needs.
Managing conflicting business needs you’ll work with stakeholders to find solutions which deliver on quality, cost and delivery performance indicators.
What will give you the edge?Previous experience in a logistics planning and / or order management role.Conversant with standard CRM planning methodology (ideally NetSuite).
Strong understanding of planning principles and logistics.A proven background in manufacturing or assembly.Excellent communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous and changeable environment .Self-motivated, willing to take the initiative and make decisions.
