CUMULUS MEDIA | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate, fully remote opening for a full time Manager of Station Digital Ad Operations. As the Manager, Station Digital Ad Ops, you'll lead operations across Cumulus Radio Station Group’s digital channels including streaming, websites, and apps. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a world-class team of digital managers and specialists. You will focus on continuous improvement of our ad operations process and technology to ensure a best-in-class user experience. The ideal candidate will have a track-record of driving operational success and scale, with expert knowledge of the technologies and organizational structures needed to drive results and operational excellence. You are proactive, a self-starter, a leader, and a mentor. This position reports directly to the VP, Digital Ad Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a station digital ad ops team for planning, trafficking, measurement and account management
• Manage day to day campaign fulfillment ensuring campaign success for all station digital accounts
• Build and implement ad operations processes to drive continuous improvement
• Manage and develop platform/ad tech relationships across owned Cumulus Media channels including streaming, websites, and apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and support strategic company initiatives
• Multi-task on various campaigns and projects, remaining organized throughout and prioritizing tasks as needed
• Serve as Player/Coach for station digital ad operation campaigns
• Day to Day management of strategic accounts
• Main point of contact for escalated Station Digital campaign troubleshooting for all markets
• Support 85 Cumulus Radio Station Group markets with training and help when needed
• Develop and Manage support workflow across Ad Ops team
