Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our company's presence on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and have a passion for engaging with audiences online.

Responsibilities:

Platform Management (40% of Time)

• Monitor all social media platforms owned by Worthy; respond in a timely manner to inquiries and comments
• Have an understanding of how to drive engagement on each media platform with respect to target demographics and posting schedules
• Analyze key performance indicators and provide weekly reports to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives

Collaboration with Worthy Leadership (30% of Time)

• Take direction from the Operations Director and Brewmaster in order to plan, coordinate, and post Restaurant, Events, and Brewery related content
• Collaborate closely with Worthy Leadership to ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall branding and promotional activities

Low Level Content Creation (15% of Time)

• Responsibility for the creation and posting of regular, repeatable content for the restaurant and brewery, e.g. Trivia Night announcements, weekly specials, etc.
• Be available to take pictures as needed for content creation, e.g. concert events and new beer releases
• Generate announcements regarding upcoming events to be posted across media platforms

[Other Duties as Assigned] (5% of Time)

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences
- Knowledge of public relations principles
- Photography skills for creating visually appealing content
- Ability to buff and stigmatise the company's image effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
