Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee and lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of various engineering projects. Your expertise in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, and project management will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide guidance and support
- Review and approve engineering designs, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data to support decision-making processes
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in engineering

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
- Strong background in systems engineering and mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and principles
- Experience working with AutoCAD or similar software for design purposes

- Solidworks experience required
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry advancements
