Position Overview:
As the Part-Time Hybrid Social Media Manager at Creative Gravity®, you will collaborate with the Lead Social Media Strategist to create compelling content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and objectives. This role offers a blend of remote work and occasional in-office collaboration, providing an opportunity to showcase your creativity and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce visually stunning content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy, tailored for various platforms.
Platform Management: Manage active profiles on key social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond promptly to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with the target audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to assess strategy effectiveness.
Stay Current: Keep updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms for a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Attend in-person meetings 1-2 times per month in the DC Metro Area for strategy development and ideation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of social media management experience, successfully growing engaged audiences.
Graphic Design: Experience creating compelling graphics using tools like Canva or other design software.
Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut and InShot.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
In-Person Meetings: Willingness to meet 1-2 times per month in Southern Maryland.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail.
Preferred:
Photography and Videography Skills: Proficiency in product photography and video editing software.
Working Hours:
