YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This position typically works 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility depending on scheduling requirements. This is not a remote position this is on-site in our Birmingham office.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for an Audio Visual Design Engineer that can meet the following requirements:

• BS in Engineering or a related field or extensive experience with AV Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of AV Engineering experience.
• Understanding of AV technologies and products for Commercial applications.
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and Microsoft Office suite.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Control Systems, DSPs, and other AV product setup and programming.
• Ability to use AutoCAD efficiently.
• Crestron, AMX and/or Q-SYS programming certification a plus.
• Ability to obtain AVIXA CTS-D certification within 1 year.
