What We Need :
We’re seeking a skilled Media Monitors Sales Team Coordinator (Sales Support Administrator) to act as an extension of our sales team, supporting our Media Monitors and Mediabase business units, part of the RCS Group.
What You'll Do :
Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process, procedures and licensing systems used by Media Monitors and Mediabase Sales teams and customers.
Enter and revise sales orders in systems. Generate user login & passwords for the Media Monitors customers. Route contracts for approval.
Enter contracts into tracking systems. track station call letter changes and billing information.
Submit special billing requests.
Work with Account Executives to generate proposals & contracts.
Respond to Account Executive requests including help with Excel and Power Point.
Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps
Assist the accounting team with customer collections issues
What You'll Need :
Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft woffice or other systems
A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
Bi-lingual is a plus
