    We are seeking an experienced sourcing professional to join our team to be our next Custom Products Sourcing Coordinator. With our dynamic markets, fun and creative products and broad supply chain, this position offers amazing opportunities to help lead our efforts in sourcing and delivering bespoke products to our incredibly creative clients. This roll-up-your-sleeves position is key to our continued fast growth, success and rave customer reviews.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Support the sales team by sourcing and presenting relevant vendor, product and production options to meet the needs of each unique project across a wide range of custom merchandise and apparel

    · Assist sales team and clients on questions related to creative, timing, budget and logistics

    · Support and coordinate other client pre-sales needs, including sampling, virtual proofs, and marketing materials

    · Work closely with sales administration team to ensure timely and accurate product and pricing details are included in sales orders, and noting all relevant surcharges and possible production constraints

    · Collaborate with art team to ensure workability of projects in advance of pricing and production

    · Work closely with production team to ensure smooth transition to manufacturing stage

    · Ensure all project information, including plant details and artwork files, are retained and accessible to sales and production teams

    · Manage relationships with suppliers and factories to ensure reliable supply, appropriate pricing and timely delivery of products

    · Stay actively abreast of industry and product trends to identify new product and vendor opportunities

    · Occasional evening work to communicate with Asia-based plants

    · Other tasks and projects to meet the changing and fast-growing nature of our business.

    Qualifications:

    · At least 3-5 years of total work experience, including 2-3 years of full-time sourcing. Direct working relations with Asia-based plants and brokers is strongly preferred.

    · Deep experience with domestic promotional products, apparel and decorating supply chain

    · Strong understanding of merchandise and apparel production processes, including artwork and design needs.

    · A puzzle and problem solver – no sourcing project is too vague or too esoteric, you know how to assess each opportunity and find solutions

    · Self- motivated, you work well both independently and as part of a team, and you are not satisfied until you’ve found great options for our clients

    · Detail-oriented and highly organized, you can manage many simultaneous projects from start to finish while always being attentive to deadlines and accuracy

    · A great communicator with strong verbal, written and listening skills

    · Able to work well under pressure

    · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

    · Bachelor’s degree
